Martha Futterman-Troop New Director of Sales and Business Development (OTC & Pharma)
We are happy to welcome Martha Futterman-Troop to the CapsCanada team, where she will lead as the new Director of Sales and Business Development for OTC and Pharma.
Martha is a senior-level pharmaceutical and homeopathic business development and sales professional. Her 15+ years of experience includes the fields of orthopedics, sports medicine, rheumatology, pain medicine, respiratory, neurology, endocrinology, cardiology, primary care, OTC and tablet manufacturing.
Known for her superior client support and ability to create strong customer relationships, Martha holds a proven record of success in consultative sales approaches with a solid business acumen. She started her career in 2003 in business development in the diagnostic field with a focus on MRI, nuclear medicine, and CT. After a few years, Martha transitioned to pharmaceuticals progressing from small pharma to big pharma in a variety of roles increasing in responsibility and complexity. She began her pharmaceutical career as a small pharma primary care representative and transitioned into Specialty Care when she moved into her role working for a Fortune top 50 Pharmaceutical Company. Prior to joining CapsCanada, Martha was the Director of Business Development for a homeopathic manufacturer.
